Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to DialFlows websites, billing accounts, checkout, and workspace tenants operated by Capnis Infotech Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate registration information and safeguarding credentials.
• All activity occurring under your billing account and workspace tenants.
• Ensuring your use complies with telecom, messaging, privacy, and anti-spam laws in your region.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans, taxes, and renewal terms are shown during checkout and in your customer portal. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Wallet balances and invoices are subject to the pricing displayed at purchase time.

Acceptable use

You may not use DialFlows to:

• Send unlawful robocalls, spam, or harassing communications.
• Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform integrity.
• Misrepresent caller identity or violate carrier or regulator requirements.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect calling, SMS, or automation features. Credits or remedies, if any, are described in your plan or order form.

Intellectual property

DialFlows software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of content and customer data you upload, subject to the license needed for us to host and process it.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to your subscription terms. We may suspend access for non-payment or material breach. Upon termination, workspace access may be disabled and data handled per the Privacy Policy and your plan.
